Vintage Lacrosse Makes Memories More Memorable
Lacrosse has changed quite a bit in the past 30 years, but Vintage Lacrosse remembers those days well. Vintage Lacrosse is a group of brothers, Eric and Ryan, with an interesting connection to lacrosse. Eric is a lacrosse player through-and-through, while Ryan is not a lacrosse player at all. They do, however, both share a deep love for the game of lacrosse; especially Vintage Lacrosse from the days of the Gaits, Pietramala, and John Grant Sr.
Old Lessons in New Environments with Vintage Lacrosse
The idea behind Vintage Lacrosse then came about after Eric and Ryan were already heavily involved with mentoring youth lacrosse. Eric and Ryan work with tons of players in New York at their ER Youth Lacrosse Upstate Lax Jam. Tons of teams come to this tournament, and Eric and Ryan found themselves meeting so many different people with stories about the days of what lacrosse used to be like.

These stories, Ryan’s curiosity about the history of the game, and a desire to teach the current generation about part of the history of lacrosse all inspired them to form Vintage Lacrosse.
