Coach Profiles
Get to know the elite group of All-Americans, national champions, and award winners who will lead each session with proven expertise and championship insight.
Brigid Duffy

Brigid Duffy is a former Division I lacrosse midfielder whose tactical instincts and tenacity set her apart on the field as both a lacrosse and soccer standout at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she honed endurance, field vision, and leadership under pressure that carried her to become Army’s all-time leader in goals (182) and points (262), earn a Tewaaraton Award nomination, and make history as the program’s first-ever First-Team All-American; drawing on her experiences, she guides you through controlling the midfield with precise stickwork, executing seamless offensive-to-defensive transitions, and communicating with confidence to rally your teammates.
Maddie Epke

As James Madison University’s all-time leader in draw controls and a 1st Team All-American attacker, Maddie Epke built her reputation on dominating possessions. She played at JMU through her junior year and will play her senior season for Northwestern Women’s Lacrosse in 2026. During her junior year, she led the nation with 12.61 draws per game, notched 65 goals on 140 shots (.464) to pace JMU, and compiled 88 points to top the team’s scoring chart. She’ll guide you through advanced draw drills, confidence-building techniques, and in-circle communication strategies.
Jill Smith

Jill Smith closed her Michigan career as the Wolverines’ all-time leader in career points with 245, shattering the previous mark. From February 24, 2024, to May 11, 2025, she scored in 37 consecutive games—the longest point streak in program history—and delivered a record-setting 10-point performance (eight goals, two assists) in a single contest, establishing both the Big Ten Tournament and Michigan single-game records.
A two-time IWLCA Second Team All-American (2024, 2025), three-time First Team All-Big Ten honoree (2023–2025), three-time Tewaaraton Nominee (2023–2025), and three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection (2023–2025), Smith seamlessly combined elite on-field production with academic excellence. Her blend of consistent dominance and record-breaking achievements has set a new standard for future Wolverines.
Chloe Humphrey

Chloe Humphreys arrives fresh off leading North Carolina to a national championship, becoming the first-ever freshman to claim the Tewaaraton Award while also earning First-Team All-American honors. She then capped her breakout year by capturing the Honda Sport Award for Lacrosse and dominating the NCAA Tournament—winning Most Outstanding Player after a standout postseason run. Her haul of accolades, from IWLCA Player and Attacker of the Year to ACC Tournament MVP, cements her status as the nation’s premier attacker. In her sessions, she’ll break down the technical shooting mechanics and shot-variation drills you can practice with a wall or rebounder to elevate your finishing.
Anna Brandt

Anna Brandt closed her Penn career as a three-time unanimous First-Team All-Ivy selection (2023–2025), was crowned the 2025 IWLCA Midfielder of the Year, and earned recognition as a 2025 Tewaaraton Award semifinalist. Her exceptional ability to control tempo, ignite transition rides, and deliver pinpoint feeds made her a true game-changer in Ivy League play. In her sessions, Brandts focuses exclusively on cultivating a growth mindset and building confidence—equipping you to embrace feedback, persevere through setbacks, and trust your abilities both on and off the field.
Mckenna Davis

McKenna Davis, Boston College attacker and 2024 Second-Team All-ACC selection, closed her season by rewriting BC’s record books as the all-time assist leader—surpassing Kenzie Kent with 143 assists and counting. She paced both the nation and the ACC in assists (3.0 per game, seventh nationally) and piled up a career-high 95 points—second on her team and third in the conference—earning IWLCA First-Team All-American, NCAA All-Tournament Team. In her sessions, Davis zeroes in on game-speed wall-ball routines, teaching her go-to drills for stick skills, offensive techniques, and wall-ball workouts that translate directly to high-pressure offensive scenarios.
Reagan O’Brien

Reagan O’Brien rewrote the record books at Johns Hopkins, setting the NCAA single-season mark with 103 caused turnovers, earning 1st Team All-American honors, becoming Hopkins’ all-time leader in caused turnovers, and leading the Big Ten (third nationally) with 65 ground balls. Drawing on that elite performance, she’ll explore defensive IQ and teach the checking techniques that fueled her success—from precise poke and lift checks to body-positioning strategies that maximize leverage and control.
Darcy Messina

Darcy Messina, a Florida ’16 alum and current head coach at St. Anthony’s who also leads the U15 Girls NTDP program, brings a holistic approach to player development that blends strength-conditioning principles, skill progressions, and long-term athletic growth. She’s distinguished herself off the field as well, earning spots on the 2014 SEC Academic Honor Roll, the 2013 ALC Academic Honor Roll, and the 2013 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll. Her sessions will focus on nurturing youth players.

Sullivan Award finalist (the first lacrosse player ever), the 2019 NCAA Tournament Most Valuable Player, and a four-time Big Ten Goaltender of the Year, her interactive Q&A will allow players to ask detailed questions.
