Group Instruction
Hands-on instruction for any size group. Price depends on headcount, location, session length, and the specific techniques requested. Clinics take place at a local event center, or we can come to your location by request. Travel distance may affect pricing.

Larger Groups
Larger groups get better per-person rates. Whether it's a full team, an entire training pod, or a club event — the more players, the better the rate. Group rates available for 5 or more.

Every Position.
Every Pocket.
Each clinic focuses on one pocket type. Choose the position and setup that fits your group — attack, midfield, defense, or goalie — and the entire session is built around mastering that specific pocket.
Attack
Hold, channel definition, whip control for dodging and shooting. How to build and maintain a low pocket that performs under pressure and doesn't bag out in wet conditions.
Midfield
Balanced pocket work for players who need both hold for transition and quick release for shooting. Position-specific mesh selection and channel setup for all-around performance.
Defense
Clamping, scooping, and carry pocket setups built for defensive play. Stringing a pocket that holds under body checks without sacrificing release when clearing.
Goalie
Wide mesh setup, sidewall tension for coverage and save retention, shooter placement, and adjustment for different head shapes and playing styles.
Supplies at
Cost.
Players can bring their own mesh and supplies, or we can source everything for the group at cost. Materials are available in multiple colors.

Materials Are at Cost
We don't mark up supplies. If your group needs materials, we'll source them at our wholesale cost and pass that directly to you. You'll know the exact cost before the clinic — no surprises.
For string-along events where everyone is stringing their own head, let us know headcount and positions when you reach out and we'll calculate material quantities and cost for your group.
How to
Book.
No online booking system — we schedule manually so every clinic gets the right setup for your specific group. The process is simple.

We'll Confirm Details
We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours with availability, exact pricing for your group and format, and any questions about what you want covered.
Lock In the Date
Once you've confirmed the details, we lock in the date. If materials are needed, we'll confirm quantities and sourcing at this point. Clinics need to be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the session date.
Show Up and Learn
Players bring their sticks and heads. We bring the knowledge, tools, and any pre-arranged materials. Sessions run until the group has what they came for — not to a clock.
