Setup

6 sticks, ball, 4 cones

Steps

1. Mark a box about 25 by 25 yards.
2. Play 3v3. Five completed passes in a row is a point.
3. Turnovers and ground balls go live.
4. Round two rule: a player must dodge before passing.

Coaching cues

• Move to open space after every pass
• Short, crisp passes
• Talk: call for the ball
