Setup
7+ players, balls, goal
Steps
- Four offensive players set up around the top and wings, three defenders inside.
- Offense has 30 seconds to get a quality shot.
- Defense rotates to the ball and recovers.
- Rotate groups after every shot or turnover.
Coaching cues
- Offense: make the extra pass
- Defense: talk on every slide
- Shoot high-percentage looks only
