Setup
2 sticks, balls, goal
Steps
- Dodger drives down the alley from the top of the box.
- Defender overplays the topside and pushes the dodger wide.
- Dodger plants and rolls toward the middle of the field instead of away.
- Shoot from the middle off the roll. 8 reps each side, then swap.
Coaching cues
- Read the defender's top hip
- Tight roll, close to the defender
- Shot is ready as you come around
