About Midfield Lacrosse Pockets

Midfielders do a little of everything — clear, dodge, shoot and play ground balls — so a midfield pocket has to balance hold and release. Most setups land in the mid to mid-high range: deep enough to cradle through traffic, shallow enough to get the ball out fast when the shot or the pass is there.
